Take a sneak peek at the exciting developments taking place at Sunshine Cove.

A small army of carpenters, builders and landscapers have been adding the finishing touches to the latest residential precinct, Trinity, over the last couple of months.

This work has also included Sunshine Cove’s one hectare lakefront lifestyle reserve, Wises Park.

Complete with state of the art playground equipment covered picnic shelters, tables and chairs, BBQ’s, car-parking and toilet facilities – Wises Park has been designed to make the most of its picturesque, lake front location. Over 170 large trees have been planted which, in the seasons to come, will grow to provide even more shaded areas.

Expansive grassed areas has been set aside for the usual fun stuff, like running around madly kicking footballs, however the park also includes a large sloping amphitheatre leading to the water’s edge. An amphitheatre which is intended for future Sunshine Cove community events.

This year will also include the release of the next highly anticipated residential land precinct, Mackenzie, which will feature stunning north facing direct waterfront allotments along with a successful mix of terrace, laneway and park front residential allotments. After the recent success of the Savannah and Trinity Precinct (98 per cent sold off the plan) it is expected this new release will arouse a lot of attention.

Other onsite activity saw the beginning of the construction of the Sunshine Cove Way bridge to the southern precincts, the completion of the Sunshine Cove Way / Sunrise Drive loop and the completion of the construction within the Flinders Precinct.

The Flinders Precinct offers a very innovative and versatile product for the Sunshine Coast market – a terrace type home site that includes a commercial component, perfect for an investor or small business owner. And of course all offer freehold title.
