Don’t have time to make the trip to Jurassic World this weekend? This parody is just about right.

Lets face it. We all enjoy watching Sesame Street more than kids do. It’s hard not to, with their constant guests that rival even the best talk show appearances (including Emily Blunt and Ed Sheeran, to name a few recent guests), and pop-culture parodies aimed squarely at those way outside its age bracket.

Now they’ve done it again. To celebrate the release of Jurassic World this weekend, Cookie Monster has taken his own trip to the park, with delicious results.

In a parody of the 1993 original, Cookie Monster hatches a scheme to turn a piece of prehistoric cookie into a giant cookie and open a theme park with it, aptly titled ‘Jurassic Cookie’.

All doesn’t go well, of course, and soon Cookie Monster has to outrun his monstrous yet delicious creation. Except here, because this is Sesame Street, it all ends with a heartwarming twist.
