The Blues are unbeaten in the first two games of the tournament, while the Bulls have won one and lost one.
The match is the second meeting between last year’s finalists in the space of five days, with Queensland looking to avenge Monday’s four-wicket defeat.
The Bulls made three changes to their side, giving debuts to former South Australia bowler Peter George and Simon Milenko, the 2013 Queensland grade cricketer of the year.
Australian Twenty20 leg-spinner Cameron Boyce also plays, with Jason Flores, Mark Steketee and the injured Michael Neser dropping out.
NSW quick Patrick Cummins also returns to domestic competition after playing for Australia in the lone Twenty20 international against Pakistan, replacing Josh Lalor.
