Queensland detectives have uncovered almost 450 weapons, including Tasers and nunchakus, during a raid on two properties in the state’s southeast.

Police have uncovered almost 450 weapons, including flick knives and nunchakus, during two raids in southeast Queensland.

Detectives from the Drug and Serious Crime Group on Wednesday found 46 extendable batons, 221 flick knives, seven Taser guns, 15 knuckle dusters and 164 nunchakus.

The weapons were found after detectives executed search warrants on homes on Nudgee Road in Hendra in Brisbane’s north and at Outlook Drive in Esk, west of Brisbane.

Two men, aged 50 and 70, have been charged with possessing and supplying category M and R weapons.

The 70-year-old will appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on October 24, while the other man will appear on October 27.
