Two men who were holed up in a Brisbane home for three hours after a stabbing incident have been taken into police custody.

Two men have been taken into custody after a three-hour stand-off with police in suburban Brisbane.

Police were called to a neighbourhood dispute in Ellen Grove, in Brisbane’s southwest, about 3pm on Wednesday to find a man with knife wounds to his leg.

Two other men, one armed with a machete, retreated inside a home and refused to leave.

One of the men later surrendered to police, just after 6pm, and the other man was taken into custody a short time later.

The man with knife wounds was injured in an earlier incident allegedly involving the pair.
