Two men have been accused of driving head-on into traffic and aiming a rifle at police and other motorists north of Brisbane.
Officers noticed a vehicle being driven erratically at Caboolture on Saturday afternoon.
As they followed, the driver sped onto the wrong side of several roads, almost crashing into other drivers, and also ran a red light.
During the pursuit, the car was driven at a police motorcycle and a rifle was aimed out the window at officers and another vehicle.
The driver was able to lose police but officers tracked two men to a Narangba address and arrested them on Sunday.
The pair, aged 22 and 25, are facing a raft of serious charges including dangerous conduct with a weapon, carrying an exposed weapon in a public place and obstructing police.
They are also facing a range of traffic charges and will front Caboolture Magistrates Court on Monday.
