Homicide detectives and forensic specialists have been combing Kurilpa Park since Friday morning, when the young woman was found dead inside a rotunda by a passer-by.
Police said she was possibly aged in her teens or early 20s, about 165cm tall with a slim build, olive complexion and dark hair and was wearing a silver bracelet on her right wrist.
On Saturday, they released photos of a gold ring with three diamonds, a silver skull ring, another silver ring with a pattern of opposing L shaped sections cut from the metal, and a silver chain bracelet.
Anyone who recognises the items of jewellery or has any information in relation to this incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Investigators want to review CCTV footage from surrounding buildings and have asked for any witnesses in the area during the past few days to come forward.
