Two thieves in Queensland used a knife to force a woman into the back seat of her car before stealing it.

A woman’s car has been stolen after she was forced to ride along with two thieves at knifepoint in southeast Queensland.

The woman was driving down Alice Street, at Blackstone, about 12.20am (AEDT) on Wednesday when the car behind her indicated for her to pull over, police say.

The woman complied and was approached by a man with a knife, who forced her into the back seat.

He then got into the driver’s seat while another man got in the back with the woman.

She was released unharmed a few minutes later and the car was later found abandoned nearby.

Both men are thought to be in their late 20s, and were wearing dark clothing.

Police want anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
