Many people came along frocked up and fabulous, to celebrate the Centenary Gala Dinner to commemorate this iconic moment in the history St Laurence’s College.

More than 1500 people were in attendance at the biggest event on the St Laurence’s College Centenary events calendar for 2015.

Everyone dressed to impress at the Centenary Gala Dinner and the event was held at the Royal Exhibition and Convention Centre last Saturday.

Amongst the guests were Old Boys from the College alongside current and past staff, parents and families of students, select delegates and people from the wider community in Brisbane.

Guests enjoyed a delicious three-course dinner, moving speeches and lots of fun festivities as well as auctions, live music and their chance to be papped by a professional photographer.

One of the highlights was the viewing of the centenary video which had not be seen before as it was being officially launched that evening. Principal Ian McDonald said he was looking forward to commemorating the milestone year with the community of Brisbane and Lauries.
