Friday night drinks are about to get a whole lot more fun with Treasury Brisbane’s new Summer offering.

If you’ve been reading Bmag for a while – first of all, we think you’re great – and secondly, we know that you must like broadening your horizons and trying new things. So this month, we have a challenge for you. Take a break from your usual Friday afternoon watering hole and try out a new local hot-spot. Who’s in? You are!

Treasury Summer Nights is a good place to start. Every Friday in January the Treasury hotel courtyard will be transformed with lawn games and live music. If you’re really committed to your New Year’s fitness goals you can even squeeze in some light exercise with the half size tennis court (or just watch your friends attempting to play after a few beverages).

Those who manage to make it there at 5pm will be rewarded with Pimms O’Clock while beer lovers can enjoy a pour of Coopers at the pop up bar. Oh, and did we mention there’s a Frosé Rosé wine bar? It’s the ultimate Summer drink, and guaranteed to pretty-up your Instagram feed.

Things will really heat up on Australia Day with a special BBQ and surprise band. You can even sit back and enjoy the tennis on the big screen or relax with the smooth tunes and acoustic live music.

Treasury Summer Nights will run on the following dates from 5pm; Friday the 13th, 20th and 27th of January and Thursday the 26th (Australia Day special). No bookings are required so there’s no excuses not to be spontaneous and go along. Who will you bring?
