From 6:30pm, enjoy a variety of delicious dishes prepared by Broncos Leagues Club’s new head chef Rohan Dowdy, who has worked with some of the biggest names in hospitality including the 5 start Hyatt and Intercontinental.

Born in Vietnam, Rohan enjoys fusion style cooking and is inspired by the best of East and West which is seen in both Broncos Leagues Club’s buffet and function menus.

And let me tell you, the menu for this wine dinner looks delish!

Featuring dishes like sea scallops with shaved fennel and pomegranate, confit turkey breast with pumpkin corn bread, pickled cucumber and cranberry relish and eggnog panna cotta. Drool.

And, what better wines to fit the occasion than George Wyndham’s Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot from South Australia’s Langhorne Creek, a town with a wine history dating back to 1850, plus a number of other star whites and dessert wine from the Pernod Ricard portfolio.

But, this dinner offers more than just incredible food and wine.
