See some of Australia’s top celebrity chefs and industry experts for free when Regional Flavours returns to South Bank on Saturday 18 July and Sunday 19 July.

Household names appearing at this year’s event will include Matt Preston from MasterChef Australia on TEN; Miguel Maestre from The Living Room on TEN; Master Patissier Adriano Zumbo; and Paul West from River Cottage Australia as seen on Foxtel’s LifeStyle FOOD.

See them and a host of other culinary experts share their knowledge in cooking demonstrations held right across the weekend. The major hub for entertainment will be at Regional Flavours’ main stage, EAT-SHOW-TELL, presented by The Courier-Mail, Foxtel’s LifeStyle FOOD, V-ZUG, Network TEN and Goa.

Just some of the topics that will be covered in EAT-SHOW-TELL include fuss-free cooking with maximum flavour, lovin’ the locavore lifestyle and the gastronomy of gatherings. There will also be book signings by Matt Preston, Adriano Zumbo, Paul West and more.

If you’re in the mood for a bit of shopping and sampling, you can’t go past the Producer Showcase located on Little Stanley Street.
