The first line-up for BIGSOUND Live 2014, this year’s edition of Brisbane’s annual music industry conference and performance showcase, has landed.

The massive list of performers (80+ acts) is headlined by the likes of Gold Fields, DMA’s, Holy Holy, Bad//Dreems, Client Liason, Kingswood, Remi, Seekae, Deep Sea Arcade, Thelma Plum, Hits, Sampology, Blank Realm, DD Dumbo, Fractures, Ash Grunwald, Halfway and more, with dozens still to be announced.

BIGSOUND will take over 14 venues in Fortitude Valley for two nights (Wednesday 10 September and Thursday 11 September), including The Underdog, Crowbar, The Elephant, The New Globe and a new outdoor venue behind Brightside and Magic City (both located on Warner St).

“The diversity and talent in BIGSOUND’s line-up gets richer and deeper each year,” said programmer Nick O’Byrne. “There’s no doubt that these two nights in September will be the single best festival of new Australian music we’ve ever had.”

Speakers set to appear at the industry conferences held through the day include Tom Windish (The Windish Agency), Kevin French (Paradigm), Chris Sampson (Bonnaroo) and more.
