Britain’s flagship ballet company will perform exclusively in Brisbane as part of the 2017 QPAC International Series.
Woolf Works, choreographed by Wayne McGregor and set to a score by Max Richter, secured the 2016 Olivier Award for best new dance production. It’s inspired by three of Virginia Woolf’s novels — Mrs Dalloway, Orlando and The Waves — as well as her autobiographical writings. McGregor has been the Resident Choreographer of The Royal Ballet for the past decade.
The Royal Ballet’s Woolf Works arrive at QPAC’s Lyric Theatre for their exclusive 2017 QPAC International Series season.
