Food Truck Collective Brisbane are excited to announce the launch of Brisbane’s first permanent weekly Food Truck Hub in the Valley every Friday night from 6 to 9pm launching Friday May 12, 2017.
The Food Truck Hub on Chester will feature six of Brisbane’s premium food trucks including King Of The Wings, Micasa Food Truck, The Bone Lorry, That BBQ joint, Pizzantica & Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van, parked in a spacious lot every Friday night with plenty of undercover seating and right opposite the vibrant Emporium complex.
This will be the first time Brisbane has seen a permanent space utilised solely for food trucks and where Brisbane foodies can guarantee to find their favourite food trucks same time, same place every week!
“This has been a project two years in the making as we have seen the growth of permanent hubs the likes of The Food Truck Park in Melbourne and with Brisbane’s food truck scene leading the country we felt it was a perfect addition to our industry,” says King of the Wings owner Dylan Pires.
There will be live music, plenty of gourmet food and possibly a pop-up bar in the near future.
