Tours of the new ride, which has wait times of up to seven hours, have already started popping up on YouTube.
Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: Breakout! opened at Disney’s California Adventure Park on the weekend, replacing the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror attraction.
Wait times for the ride have been nightmarish so far, with riders queuing for up to seven hours (in lines snaking throughout the entire park) for their turn.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, even the ‘fast pass’ lines for the new ride are averaging out to about five hours during peak times.

If you’re not likely to get to California anytime soon, however, or you just don’t want to stand in line for that long, take a look at Inside the Magic‘s ride-through POV video.
SoCal Attractions 360 have also uploaded footage from the pre-ride experience, including a talking Rocket Racoon animatronic that’s just too cute for words.
Wait times will come down, of course, as the novelty of the new ride wears off — but if people are waiting this long for a re-skinned ride, can you imagine how long the queues for the brand-new Star Wars Land will be at Disneyland and Walt Disney World when it opens in 2019?
Do you think the Guardians of the Galaxy ride would be worth the wait? Have your say in the comments below!
