Artist and designer Dominic Wilcox has created the world’s first art exhibition for dogs!

The exhibition, commissioned by More Than and held at the Ugly Duck Gallery in London, included three interactive dog artworks and a collection of paintings, drawings and prints, all aimed exclusively at dogs and their interests.

Artworks were created in colours that dogs can see (yellow and blue) and scented depending on the subject matter. They were then hung at dog eye level.

A highlight of the exhibition was a giant 12-foot dog food bowl full of two thousand balls, that the canine connoisseurs were allowed to jump in and out of at their pleasure.

Sadly, the exhibition only ran for two days (19-20 August), but we’ve got our paws crossed that it’ll find its way to Brisbane one day.

In the meantime, you can see the great artwork from the exhibition by clicking through the gallery above!
