The loading zone behind the Regatta Hotel will transform into a dreamy European laneway for the Laneway Vineyard festival.

The annual culinary festival will showcase over 70 premium international and local wines, including Ferrari’s world-beating sparkling wine, paired with gourmet delicacies created by the Boatshed Restaurant.

Live musicians will provide the entertainment and add to the relaxed atmosphere, with blues bands warming up in the Walrus Club and acoustic musicians jamming in the Courtyard.

Entry to the festival is free, with guests required to purchase food and beverage tokens to taste test the flavours of the festival. One $9 token grants each guest one portion of food and one glass of wine; alternatively, you can snag a ‘wine passport’ for $30, which will entitle you to samples of 10 wines.

Oh, and make sure you save the last dance for the DJs in the Regatta Hotel’s main bar, who’ll be bringing the curtain down on each day of the festival.

Laneway Vineyard will be held at the Regatta Hotel (543 Coronation Drive, Toowong) on Saturday 20 May (12pm to late) and Sunday 21 May (10am to 9pm).
