Good Food Month, Brisbane’s annual celebration of culinary excellence, is back with a program full of one-off dining experiences.

Brisbane will be filled with edible experiences throughout July, including the crowd favourite Night Noodle Markets, returning for the fourth year to turn South Bank’s Cultural Forecourt into an Asian-inspired hawker market from 19-30 July.

Stallholders at this year’s Night Noodle Markets include Gelato Messina, Waffleland, Teppanyaki Noodles, Little Kyoto, Donburi Station, Spanthai, Hoy Pinoy, Blackstar x N2 Extreme Gelago and more; all stalls and bars will offer cashless payment via debit and credit card.

Featured events at this year’s festival include the Good Food Month Launch After Party at Stokehouse Q on Monday 17 July, and Hat Swap, a new event featuring Embla head chef Dave Verheul and Gerard’s Bistro head chef Ben Williamson for an exclusive collaborative dinner on Thursday 27 July.

Laneway! Streetfood! Music!
will go down at a secret location on Friday 28 July with street food, ice cold beer or cider and live music.

Brisbane’s Young Chefs Lunch will feature the next generation of local culinary talent cooking under the guidance of head chef Ben Russell at ARIA on Sunday 23 July.

Finally, the ultra-exclusive Escape to Halcyon House will offer diners a luxurious escape to Northern New South Wales, including dinner with Paper Daisy chef Ben Devlin and a bespoke cooking class with a special guest chef, for $2,000 per couple.
