Bite Sip Stroll, the premium culinary adventure inspired by the dining culture of Europe, is back for the third time in Brisbane.

The unique dining event offers guests a chance to stroll between four of Brisbane’s best restaurants, where they will experience some of Australia’s finest food and wine.

You’ll visit four of the most awarded restaurants in town, enjoying distinctive dishes prepared by the head chefs of each establishment, accompanied by wine selected by experts from the Wine Selectors Tasting Panel.

This year’s participating restaurants are Esquire, Urbane, Moda and Sake Restaurant & Bar.

The brainchild of Ben Daley, his sister Carly Griffin and his partner Maddy Magi-Prowse, Bite Sip Stroll is inspired by their experiences in Europe, where it’s not unusual for food and wine lovers to take a bite here and a sip there while strolling through the city, taking in the atmosphere and the sights.

“It’s just a great way to experience the city’s finest food and wines in a single day and meet new people along the way,” Ben says.

“Last year’s Brisbane event was a sell-out, so we are expecting a rush of bookings when word gets out about this year’s event.”

The three-and-a-half hour stroll starts at 12 noon and includes food and wine pairing at each restaurant, a glass of sparkling upon arrival and free wine tasting. For more info and tickets, head to bitesipstroll.com.au.
