It’s about to get much easier to find delectable Southeast Asian street food in Tingalpa.
Giorgina Venzin, the general manager of the Venzin Group, is venturing to the outer suburbs of Brisbane once again for her latest venture.
Pawpaw Asian Kitchen will be the fifth venue in the Venzin Group stable, joining the award-winning Mons Ban Sabai Thai and Picnic in Camp Hill, Piggy Back in Jindalee and the original Pawpaw Cafe in East Brisbane.
While the new restaurant’s casual dining space will boast the sort of modern-chic fit-out that diners have come to expect from the Venzin Group’s venues, the primary focus will be on takeaway and delivery.
“We want to be able to give people the option to enjoy clean and quality Thai food in the comfort of their homes,” says head chef Bowyo.
Pawpaw Asian Kitchen (Shop 6, 1534 Wynnum Road, Tingalpa) will be open seven days a week for dinner, and Monday to Friday for lunch. Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options will be available.
The venue is expected to open this month, but an exact date is yet to be confirmed.
